They are congregational leaders who love Jesus and want you to have a relationship with Christ and His church. They lead all ministry efforts and help train up our members to share in disciple-making and seek God’s will for their lives.

Diego Rojas

Bilingual Minister
Diego is husband to Katherine and father to two boys, Noah and Franco. He is originally from Costa Rica. Diego has a Masters Degree in Pastoral Counseling from Freed-Hardeman University in TN. He was a missionary in Costa Rica for 11 years before moving back to Tennessee to become the Spiritual Formation Coordinator for Athletes at FHU. Diego’s father is an elder in Costa Rica. Diego has conducted short mission trips to countries such as Kenya, England, Spain, Peru, Panama, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Honduras, and El Salvador; and has visited churches in other countries such as Russia, South Africa, Italy, Scotland, Portugal, and Switzerland.
Diego serves as our bilingual minister and coordinates the Spanish-speaking ministry.
Derek Vaughn, M.D.

Ministry Team Coordinator
Dr. Vaughn serves as a church Trustee and as the Ministry Team Coordinator, where he helps drive forward the mission, vision, and strategic plan of the congregation. He has been preaching and teaching for more than 15 years. He also regularly serves as a church camp counselor and Bible class teacher at Western Kentucky Youth Camp, and is especially passionate about connecting children, teens, and young adults to Christ and one another! He is husband to Trisha and father to Clara.
Caleb Wilson
Trustee
Caleb Wilson is a Trustee of the congregation, member of the Ministry Team, facilitates the song service, and oversees the building and grounds of the church property. Caleb is passionate about connecting people to Jesus and bringing them into a community of believers that offers support as they navigate the opportunities and challenges of life. He is husband to Sumer and father to Harrison, Laurel, and Shelby.
Tim Dooley
Trustee
Tim Dooley is a Trustee of the church and a member of the Ministry Team. He has many years of experience with the congregation here and regularly serves in worship as a prayer leader and as an administrator of the Lord’s Supper.
Barry Duke

Teaching Partner
Barry is a Trustee of the congregation and supports the maintenance of the building and grounds. Barry is a disciple-maker who is passionate about sharing the Gospel with everyone he meets. He is the husband of Carrie and they have two adult children.
Jack Straussberger
Preaching and Teaching Partner
Jack and his wife Ann have been members of this congregation for nearly four decades. Jack has served as an elder and is currently a member of the Ministry Team, where he facilitates the benevolence and outreach efforts. Jack is compassionate and wants to help others discover pathways to serving those in our congregation and community who have need.
